The short version: Dare & Drink has no accounts, no sign-in, and works fully offline. We do not collect your personal information. Player names and custom decks never leave your phone.
The app stores the following on your device and nowhere else:
This data is never uploaded, never shared, and is deleted when you delete the app. We have no way to access it.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never see or store your name, payment details, or billing address. Purchase receipts may be verified against Apple's servers solely to confirm a purchase is genuine; this contains no personal information.
To improve the game, the app may send anonymous usage events (for example, which deck was played or when a paywall was shown) together with a random identifier that is not linked to you, your device identity, or any account. These events contain no personal data, no player names, and no card answers. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or trackers of any kind, and we never sell data.
Dare & Drink is intended for adults (17+, and 21+ where that is the legal drinking age). It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
