The short version: Dare Dial has no accounts, no sign-in, and works fully offline. We do not collect your personal information. Player names and custom decks never leave your phone.
The app stores the following on your device and nowhere else:
This data is never uploaded, never shared, and is deleted when you delete the app. We have no way to access it.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never see or store your name, payment details, or billing address. Purchase receipts may be verified against Apple's servers solely to confirm a purchase is genuine; this contains no personal information.
To improve the game, the app sends anonymous usage events (for example, which deck was played or when a paywall was shown) to Google Firebase Analytics, which we use as our analytics provider. These events are tied only to a random app instance identifier generated on your device — not to your name, email, or any account, because the app has none. They contain no player names and no card answers.
The app also uses Firebase Remote Config to adjust game settings (such as how many free trial cards a deck offers) without shipping an app update.
We do not use advertising SDKs, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we never sell your data. Google processes this data as our service provider; see the Firebase Privacy documentation for details. You can stop all analytics collection at any time by deleting the app.
Dare Dial is intended for adults (17+). It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
