Terms of Use

Effective July 23, 2026 · Dare & Drink mobile app, published by Basity ("we", "us").

By downloading or using Dare & Drink (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who can use the App

The App is for adults only: you must be at least 18 years old, or at least 21 where that is the legal drinking age (for example, in the United States).

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment. The App, its content, and its branding remain our property.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
• The Yearly plan may include a free trial. You can cancel during the trial at no charge; any unused trial period is forfeited if you purchase another plan.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your App Store account settings. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

4. Your content

Custom decks and cards you create are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us. You are solely responsible for the content you write and for sharing your screen with others.

5. Play responsibly

• The App is an entertainment product. All prompts are optional — never pressure anyone to answer, act, or drink.
• Drink responsibly. Never drink and drive. The App can be played entirely without alcohol using the built-in no-alcohol mode.
• You are responsible for your own conduct while playing and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including legal drinking age.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, or from actions taken by players during a game.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these terms are violated. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this address with its effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
